Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Promote medical services and insurance products to clients (Japanese corporates in HK)
• Handle existing clients(80%) and explore new clients referred by overseas branches(20%) to achieve sales target
• Listen to clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions
• Coordinate with insurance companies and negotiate coverage according to clients’ needs
• Update clients’ information in the system(SalesForce)
• Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a Japanese company
• Certified Insurance Agent licensing(IIQE Paper 1,2)(Candidates need to pass both papers during the probation)
• Proficient in MS Office
