Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Liaise with the sales team on a daily basis to identify clients’ complaints regarding the quality issues • Evaluate the problem and provide Quality Assurance for electronic connection products used in the automotive industry • Liaise with overseas suppliers to identify, analyze, and solve the root cause of the problem • Improve and maintain the internal database regarding quality issues and conduct periodic analyses to improve supply chain quality • Liaise with JP HQ regarding the quality issues • Conduct on-site audits in the supplier's factories • Business Trip to China(SZ/once per month/day trip only), Vietnam(Once or twice per year)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor’s Degree or above • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive or electronics industry, ideally in a Japanese firm • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Candidates with management experience will be considered as a Sales Engineer Supervisor
