Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Conduct on-site inspections in the suppliers' factories in Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and India( Around once per month) • Handle quality control matters • Perform quality inspection of sampling and testing • Check the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards • Prepare and complete QC and quality assurance reports in Japanese and English • Identify and correct the ongoing quality problems • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor’s degree holder • At least 3 years of QC/ QA experience in the garment/household product industry • Factory Management experience preferred • Good command of written and spoken Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), Chinese, and English • Willing to learn and able to work independently • Meticulous and able to work under pressure
