Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with the client(sister company in Japan) and factories(China, Indonesia)
• Follow up on product development, sample, production process, shipment, and delivery schedule
• Prepare and budget using different forecasting methods
• Maintain and update production records and system data
• Business trips(Once per month after COVID) to China (SZ, Qingyuan/Day trip) and Indonesia(3d2n)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1 year of merchandising/ sales administrative experience in the manufacturing industry
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
