Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Take orders from sister companies overseas
• Liaise and negotiate the delivery schedule with the suppliers(Japan, China) and the factories(Southeast Asia) to ensure a timely delivery
• Arrange the shipment to Japan by advising the shipping clerks to handle the full set of Import and Export documents and trade declarations (Paperwork will be done by the shipping clerks)
• Liaise with the JP HQ
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 3 years of merchandising experience in a Japanese company, ideally from the garment industry OR
• At least 3 years of experience in arranging delivery to the Japanese market
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
