<Number of employees : Total: 120 > <Report Line: Department Head(Japanese) > <Team Member: 10> <Job Responsibilities> • Responsible for clients’ orders from product development, sampling, production orders to delivery • Perform quality inspection at the factory(China and Vietnam) • Business travel(After COVID) is required: China(Day trip/2d1n/Once per month)/ Vietnam(4d3n/Once per month) • Work closely with vendors for issues settlement during the production process • Maintain and update production records and system data • Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese • Diploma or above • At least 3 years of merchandising experience in the garment/textile/soft toy industry • Proficient in MS Office • Fast thinking, able to work independently and under pressure • Good interpersonal and communication skills
