Job Description
Administration area:
- liaising with lawyers to deal with legal issues
- obtaining legal documents for new setup companies
- renewing contracts (i.e. company insurances, rental etc.)
- company bank accounts reviews
- translating and interpreting for CEO (Japanese to/from English, Cantonese)
- booking flight tickets and accommodations
- arranging company events
- guest greetings, phone screenings, arranging courier
- office supplies stock keeping
HR area:
- calculating salaries and preparing payslips
- renewing staff contracts
- CV scanning for recruitments
- MPF application and settlements
Accounting area:
- bookkeeping
- liaising with designated accountants to file annual reports
- company expenses settlements through wire
Requirements
-At least 3 years' relevant experience
-Excellent command of English and Japanese
-Stable.Sincere
