Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
·         Responsible for C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management, etc
·         Assist in onboarding & offboarding employee cycle, HR system update, and enhancement, training programs, working visa application & renewal, and other staff benefit-related tasks
·         Assist in compiling HR-related announcements, policies, and procedures update
·         Address employee concerns and issues and initiate new ideas for the company
·         Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
·         Tertiary / Associate Degree or above in Human Resources or a related discipline
·         At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally gained from a Japanese company
·         Well-versed in the HRIS system, Employment Ordinance, and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
·         Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese 
·         Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
