Job Description
• Review existing HR Policies and Instructions, identify necessary changes, and provide solutions
• Handle the full spectrums of HR and admin functions such as payroll calculation and attendance record management
• Handle internal IT inquiries and report the problem to the HQ in Japan and liaise with external IT vendors
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Associate degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• At least 1 year of HR experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Work experience in a Japanese company would be an advantage
