Job Description
· Liaise and coordinate with various external and internal parties regarding shop operation;
· Manage full spectrum of HR operations (handbook, recruitment, working visa, payroll, MPF, tax return, medical, appraisal, EC, exit interview, etc.);
· Translation and interpretation between Japanese, Cantonese, and English;
· Oversee general administrative operation to ensure smooth office operation;
· Manage marketing activities and maintain social media platforms;
· Prepare promotional materials such as menu and poster design;
· Provide administrative support to expatiate staffs and visitors;
· Take on other ad hoc duties when required
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
· Bachelor's degree or above
· At least 8 years of experience in office administration, HR, translation, and interpretation;
· Fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese
· Mature, detailed-mind, multi-tasking, team player with strong sense of responsibility;
· Good communication skills and could communicate well with all levels of staff;
· Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
