Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and retail including staff training and daily administration
• Lead the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests
• Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved
• Adhere to established operating expenses and to ensure that costs are controlled
• Obtain an account for the settlement of all sales
• Ensure the highest levels of service to all customers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 5 years of experience in F&B industry with proven management skills and leadership
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven leader with effective motivational skills and team-building skills
• Good command of Japanese, English and Cantonese
