Job Description
- Handle and follow up sales activities with existing clients
- Handle new customers referred by the HQ in Japan, such as visiting clients, negotiating terms and conditions, reporting the most updated status to the HQ in Japan etc.)
- Keep in touch with the HQ in Japan, clients and manufacturers
- Check and confirm the future production plan and forecast with clients
- Instruct the sales coordinators regarding quotation issues
- Occasional travel to Peking or Shanghai(4-5 times per year)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a Japanese company (preferably in the electronic/distributor field)
- Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Able to work independently
