Job Description
• Manage and ensure compliance for all regulatory affairs/product registration related issues & activities in South East Asian countries
• Meet expected product registration timelines
• Keep updated with regulatory affairs trends & development; evaluate, design, and implement effective strategies
• Maintain excellent communication and relation with related external authorities and internal parties
• Keep proper and updated documentation and records
• Liaise and coordinate with the branch office in Japan
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance/ regulatory affair/ risk management
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, codes, standards, and trends in South East Asian countries
• Proficient in MS Office
