<Job Responsibilities>
• Support the RM in administrative and commercial activities
• Serve as customers’ key contact point in initiating customer instructions
• Administrative tasks in accounts opening and other documentation
• Prepare client meetings and reviews
• Monitor client portfolios and issues
• Risk management
• Credit monitoring
• Collaborate with business support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, familiar with financial products and the KYC account opening procedure
• Qualified to carry out Investment regulated activities (Type 1) under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) is a MUST
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
