Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with Chinese suppliers and follow up orders to ensure a timely delivery
• Ask for a quotation from the Chinese suppliers
• Negotiate the price with the Chinese suppliers
• Weekly meeting with JP HQ to report on work progress
• Prepare price list and update the order system
• Prepare report (Excel, PowerPoint) for the Japanese management to review
• Business Trip to Japan(After COVID, once per year)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher diploma or above
• At least 1 year of merchandising/Sales support experience, ideally in the garment industry
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office(Excel, PowerPoint)
