Job Description
• Handle lease and license renewal such as BR and money lender license
• Handle visa application and renewal
• Handle travel arrangements such as hotel, flight, and restaurant reservation
• Handle attendance record and staff/office/machine insurance
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office such as mailing & courier arrangement, office supply, and equipment maintenance
• Analyze and manage the cost of the office and prepare expense reports
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience gained from a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), English, and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
