<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide administrative support to the Japanese Managing Director and the Japanese Managers
• Provide Japanese-English-Chinese translation and interpretation upon request to various Departments
• Apply/ renew employment visa for the Japanese staffs
• Responsible for internal and external correspondence such as preparing reports, taking minutes, writing policies and letters, etc.
• Summarize research findings as assigned by Japanese headquarters
• Handle administrative and company secretarial duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
