<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide a full range of HR services including C&B, Recruitment and Staff Training, Performance Management, and Employee Management
• Handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF, and taxation
• Assist in updating and reviewing HR & Admin policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in streamlining and standardizing HR processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
• Assist in preparing monthly HR report
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Experience in using HRIS system would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Pivot table)
