Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Responsible for software and hardware installation, setup, configuration, and upgrade. • Provide day-to-day system administration and technical support services. • Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, troubleshooting, and application administration. • Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, desktop applications, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise-wide applications. • Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors on pricing, procurement, and a requirement on desktop equipment. • POS equipment and relevant devices' configuration, installation in a professional manner • Analyze requirements, enhance, maintain, and support existing POS systems and related integration. • In charge of the daily operation and administration of the ERP system • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or related disciplines. • At least 2 years of IT helpdesk experience • Familiar with complete POS Suite functionalities with in-depth knowledge of all transactional flows. • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Japanese ability is an advantage • Knowledge in ERP is an advantage
