Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Provide IT network security support & related infrastructure technical solutions • Provide Server, PC, Networking and other IT related support services to internal users • IT infrastructure support and network support(MS Office, Outlook, Window 10, Printer support) • Set up and maintain PCs and servers. • Perform software/hardware installation, configuration, and support • Manage users' accounts, passwords, and access right • Liaise with external vendors • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by HQ
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma or above • At least 1 year of relevant experience • MCSA/ CCNA welcome • Fluent in Chinese and English
