Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage the store operations and sales performance
・Lead the team to provide excellent customer service and organize the shifts of staff
・Responsible for daily/ weekly monthly sale turnover and stock order related reports
・Handle for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
・Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
・Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
・Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 1 year of sales experience in F&B
・Business Level of Mandarin and English.
・Sounds knowledge of retail marketing in Hong Kong and Mainland market
・Knowing POS system and able to handle shop operation and team member
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
・Japanese speaker is advantage
・Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
