Job Description
・Liaise with customers and take client orders in a timely manner
・Execute trade transactions through various channels for overseas equities and futures markets
・Monitor clients positions and margin level and conduct follow up if necessary
・Serve customers around the world thru email, phone, and face-to-face
・Prepare dealing documents and provide daily administrative support to the team
・Support system rollouts, UAT and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related disciplines
・Minimum 2 years of experience on customer services in Financial Industry
・Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC (Type 1 & 2)
・Knowledge in Global Equities, Futures, and Commodities is an advantage
・Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
・Customer oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
・Willing to work night shift and on Hong Kong public holidays
