<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle customer enquiries and support customer
- Arrange shipment schedule for client
- Coordinate with customers, overseas & internal departments for order processing & shipments arrangements
- Coordination of documentation & processes with internal & external customers for Import & Export shipments
- Prepare quotation and e-mail correspondence
- Give advice air freight & ocean freight service for client
- Ad-hoc duty
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Form 5 or above
・At least 2 years of related working experience in freight forwarder/ shipping line/ logistics company
・Business level of English and communicational level of Mandarin
・Good communication, phone and interpersonal skill
