Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of accounts, bookkeeping and manage daily finance operations independently
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Prepare annual audit report
• Monitor cash flow and report weekly cash position/forecasting
• Liaise with JPHQ and external auditor
• Tax calculation
• Handle administrative duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of full sets accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage
