Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Reporting to the Finance Manager • Assist in preparing consolidated audit report • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules • Monitor cash flow and report weekly cash position/forecasting • Proactively involve financial and managerial accounting and reporting of the Group, including consolidated accounts, financial analysis, forecasting and auditing • Assist Finance Manger to handle ad-hoc projects • Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives • Research and monitor changes or updating of the accounting principles. • Business trip to China(Dongguan, once per year, day trip)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor’s Degree holder or higher, Major in Accountancy is preferred • Qualified CPA is preferred but NOT MUST • More than 5 years working experiences in MNC business or sizable corporations • Experience in handling consolidated accounts is a must • Handle full set of accounts • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. • Detail minded, strong analytical skill • Good experience and knowledge in working with accounting software and databases • Mature, self-motivated and team worker • Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills • Japanese speaking is an advantage but not required
