Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Communicate with internal users to facilitate their experiences with the company’s IT systems and various platforms
• Review the company’s IT systems and various platforms
• Analyze the problems and provide the best solution to internal users
• Assist in the company’s digital transformation
• Lead projects of system development from the stage of planning and requirement definition to its implementation and report the progress to the department head constantly
• Liaise with our system vendors in Japan and China regarding the schedule of system development
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree holder in Data Science, Business Intelligence or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, gained from a sizable manufacturing company
• IT project management experience is a must
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
