Our Client: Our client is a subsidiary of a well-known Japanese entertainment company, specializing in acquisition and distribution of entertainment contents, licensing business, and agency service-related businesses. They are seeking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: ・To greet visitors and provide general support to visitors ・Answering phones and taking messages and/or routing calls to correct personnel ・Schedule meetings and appointments ・Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment ・Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, organizing office operation ・Oder and obtain quotation ・Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time ・Provide accounting information to the third party ・Assist in managing contract with vendors, service providers and landlord ・Assist in managing office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting ・Assist in the onboarding process for new hires ・Assist in liaising with parent company in Tokyo ・Assist plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences ・Conversion between Japanese and English languages, or vice versa The Requirements: ・Associate degree is preferred ・1-3 years of Accounting experience is preferred ・Proficiency in data entry ・Proven experience in office administration ・Familiarity with the duties, processes, and protocols associated with office administration ・Fluent in both English and Japanese languages to be able to liaise effectively with English and native Japanese-speaking clients ・Proficiency in MS Office ・Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang ・Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work ・Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills ・Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment ・Creative thinker capable of proposing enhancements RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment. Our Client: Our client is founded in 2016 and based in Singapore and Japan, our client builds user-friendly aquaculture data platforms that leverage the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as IoT, AI, and satellite remote sensing. They are actively looking to hire a Corporate Success (Head of Global Finance) to join their team in Singapore.
