【業務内容】

日系企業がシンガポールに統括拠点を移転する際及び、資産の海外移動（例えば、タイからシンガポール）の際の法律・税務面からのアドバイス。また、アジア地域内での新規投資をする際に、どういったストラクチャーで行うのかなどへの情報支援など。


• Provide advice by initiating discussions and presentations with clients on Cross Border Transactions, primarily to Non-Regulated Countries including Singapore and Australia

• Play an advisory role on aspects relating to treasury management (cross border taxation, and accounting scopes such as balance sheet hedging etc.)

• Cover topics such as Singapore’s Tax Initiatives, tax efficiency, location of Regional Headquarters comparison and issues related to Investment Structure/Reorganisation Efficiency Structure and Repatriation Techniques

• Constant dialogues with Government Bodies such as IE Singapore and EDB Singapore, as well as stakeholders from consultancy firms and law firms to keep abreast on information relating to Investment Structures and tax incentives



【要件】

• Recognised Degree in related fields such as Banking, Finance or Commerce

• 4 to 6 years advisory experience with focus on Tax and Regulations

• Regional exposure will be an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, for liaison with stakeholders

• Able to travel two to four times a year

    Our Client: Our client provides a comprehensive range of financial products and services, including equity, mezzanine, senior debt, and financial advisory services. They are currently seeking a native Japanese-speaking M&A Advisor to primarily assist in facilitating overseas investments for Japanese companies. The position is based in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Support for overseas investment by Japanese companies in the ASEAN region, etc. • Overall deal process / task flow: Having general understanding of the deal process and a strong commitment to the entire process • Material preparation: Performing research and preparing presentation materials as directed by seniors for deal generation and execution purpose • Negotiation / Coordination: Assist in the communication between various parties involved in the M&A process, including legal / financial professionals, as well as senior executives from target companies, with direction from senior members • Overall deal process / task flow: Providing the appropriate support for the deal process as directed by senior members of the team • Material preparation: Researching and extracting data for material preparation as directed by senior members of the team • Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and communication process between various parties involved in the M&A process, as directed by senior members The Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or equivalent • Min 3 years of experience in M&A advisory / M&A transaction advisory / Corporate investment / corporate financing • Experience in using financial statements • Possessing, or being willing to acquire, basic knowledge on financial valuation and financial modelling • Being resourceful and having initiative to ensure successful outcomes • Proficient in Japanese Language as this role would be required to liaise with native Japanese- speaking clients and stakeholders in various countries RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
