          1. To control and supervise the financial works (i.e. cash distribution, petty cash, supplier payment, etc.) in order to have good

          and timeliness bookkeeping.

          2. To control financial transactions related to taxation matter in order to ensure that all financial transactions comply with

          applicable taxation rules.

          3. To prepare monthly/annual report (i.e. sales & Cost of Sales, Administration expenses, Salary, Personal Income Tax,

          Overtime wages, etc.) in order to keep track company's profitability as well as to make financial budgetting in order to have

          parameter for company's operation in a year.

          4. To prepare monthly/annual report (i.e. Tax Reconciliation, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Expatriate Taxation matter, LKPMInvestment

          report, Financial Consolidation, Royalty Payment, etc.) in order to ensure that all reports are welll prepared and

          reported at the required time to tax authority, government institution, and other parties concerned.

          5. To deal with Tax Audit by Tax Authority in order to serve questions , to give arguments and calculation as well as to provide

          document needed.

          6. To make proper documentation for tax document in order to have easy access to the records when necessary.

          Requirements :

          ■At least 5 years experience in accounting

          ■Experience of management

          ■English skill in buisiness level.

          ■Experience of abroad in Japan or working in Japanese company.

          Preferable Requirements :

          ■Working in same industry as an accounting/finance

          ■Japanese skill.

          Job Description :

          1) Teaching teachers You’ll train teachers-to-be whose students will go to Japan as care giver trainees of Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) of Japan, as well as teach those trainees, support and supervise the teachers-to-be.  Create lesson curriculum of Japanese language, culture, care giver courses, which meet the requirements of the trainees.  Provide training and guidance.  Ensure the teachers-to-be achieve their performance goals. (Bring the skills / ability to the required level)  Live in Japan for around 3-4 months to work as a caregiver for a certain period to get experience and have ideas what caregivers would be expected to do in Japan, as well as to learn culture difference, to find out any problems might occur after the new caregivers-to-be working in Japan.  Build and maintain professional high quality practice for continuous improvement in the quality of trainee’s performance. 2) Managing and Supervising  Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization  Work with the teams of SG to improve and sustain the programs and service.  Recruit new teachers-to-be and trainees.  Establish new business contacts.  Help create budgets and track expenditures.

          Job Requirements :

           Conversational Japanese ability (no need to be perfect from the beginning, but must reach N2 level within 3 months after entering Japan)  Willing to travel and live in Japan temporary when it is needed.  Well organized, good organizational and time management skills  Ability to research, to digest, to analyze and present material clearly and concisely  Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues  Exceptional written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills  Familiar with Windows or Mac OS  Familiar with MS Office

          Preferable Requirements :

          Those who participated in the EPA program (Knows about Japan, able to speak Japanese, has knowledge about health industry)
