Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for the following talent to fill up their team -
Responsibilities:
- • To assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents and internal company policies
- • To conduct legal & regulatory researches
- • To arrange meetings and taking notes
- • To perform general secretarial and administrative duties
- • To handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- • Tertiary educated (with a Diploma in Law or Corporate Secretarial Studies is an advantage)
- • 1 - 2 years working experience in law firm or in-house Legal Department
- • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- • Proficiency in Japanese will be an added advantage
- • Good typing, PC knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
- • Good organization, problem-solving and communication skills, strong attention to details
- • A good team player, Initiative and proactive cooperation
