Our client, a Japanese trading company is looking for a talent as below.
Primary Responsibilities
•Visit clients in China, Japan and provide effective customer technical service in collaboration with the Sales team
• Assist potential customers with technical qualification of company’s products
• Collaborate with Quality team to improve customer satisfaction
• Implement appropriate field testing procedures
Qualifications
• B.S./ M.S in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, preferred
• Minimum five years of working experience in related industry
• Prior experience in technical service, product design, or business development
• Understanding of coating, casting, extrusion, and film-handling processes is beneficial
• Basic understanding of Quality management
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally frequently
• Excellent Chinese language skill
• Good English proficiency both in writing and speaking is a must
