Recruitment Process in Hong Kong
Receive a recruitment request/ enquiry from the client.
Discuss and gain a thorough understanding of the customer's background, organizational structure, recruitment requirement by phone or client visit.
Provide market information and consultation.
Provide the professional candidate search and candidate match base on the client's requirement.
Set up the interviews with appointed candidates.
Obtain feedback from candidates and clients.
After receiving confirmation of the client, discuss with the candidates of the T & C.
Draft employment agreement, appointment letter and other related documents are available upon request.
Our consultants will stay close communication with the client and candidates to provide any additional follow-up service required.
Provide work visa-application services for employment of overseas candidates if required.
