Work time: Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:45pm)
Allowance(s): Transportation, meal, attendance, business trip allowance
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year / Incentive scheme based on achievement rate of assigned area (from Danang to Camau, except for HCMC)

JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Sales Manager (male, 40s)
Team size: 4-5 members
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the visit schedule for each and every dealer in the assigned area
- Apply different strategy to push sales for bikes at different shops
- Try to achieve sales target for the assigned area
- Conduct sales report to be submitted to Sales Manager
- Aid Japanese Sales Advisor in communication with local dealers regarding sales status, market research, client behavior…
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in economics field
- Language skill(s): English business level (must)
- Computer literacy (especially MS Office tools)
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position (preferable)
Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male only
- Age: Up to 30
- Able to go on frequent business trips around the South of Vietnam
- Good interpersonal skills to train and deal with dealers and distributors
