 Work time: Monday-Saturday (8:00am-4:40pm), Saturday off twice per month

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Production Control Manager (Vietnamese male, 40s), dotted line to Deputy Production Manager (Vietnamese female, 40s)

 Team size: 4 members (Deputy Production Manager -> Production Control Manager -> 2 Production Control Staffs including one existing English-speaking staff and this position)

 Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the whole supply chain of the factory, except for import/export and delivery functions

- Keep good track on client’s orders; plan on material purchase and handle inventory stock

- Monitor and update production progress; liase with relevant departments to ensure smooth manufacturing process

- Search and approach new suppliers, especially overseas ones; assess outsourcing goods’ quality

- Warehouse management in compliance with ISO standards and 5S regulations

- Other ad-hoc tasks as per request by Line Managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields

- Language skill(s): Japanese business level

- Computer literacy (MS Office tools)

- From 1+ year of working experienced in purchasing materials from overseas or production control / demand planning (preferrably in Japanese factories)

- Good health and good pressure tolerance
