GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Japanese speaking - QC Manager (Packing)
Level: Manager
Contract Term: Permanent
Recruitment Reason: Expansion (Current Manager will resign within a few months)
Expected joining date: ASAP
Work Location: same
Work Time:
Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm) One Saturday per month is day off.
Allowance(s): Transportation（2,000,000VND）/ Mobile （2,000,000VND)/support for parts of house fee in case of far living（2,000,000）Executive allowance(1,000,000VND), overtime payment
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese JP Manager (Male/ 41 years old)
Manage 60 VN members/workers
Assigned to Factory
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management of VN QC members.
Business collaboration with Japanese managers
Inspection, processing, packing management (employee supervision, guidance, placement of personnel at the inspection site)
Mainly working at Towel production factory.
Product arrival, shipping control
Management, check for keeping product quality, guide QC members.
Over work is needed when urgent situation. (Over time payment)
Towel QC.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: None
- Language Skills: Business Japanese level N2
- Experience in QC management for Production factory for clothing, shoes, bags, etc

- Having strong responsibility.
- Others (Preferable): CDDs who would like to work for a long term (at least 3 years), can do over work when it is necessary, urgent situation.
