Work Time: 10 hours per day (mainly during daytime)
JOB DUTIES:
Report directly to Vietnamese HR Director and Japanese Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising all recruitment and placement activities and enable the company to continually acquire competent individuals to achieve organizational goals through:
- Introduction of innovative sourcing strategies
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies
- Collaboration with different departments in studying and filling-in manpower requirements
- Ensuring that all labor laws, internal policies and procedures pertaining to hiring and employment are adhered to
- Ensuring proper conduct of orientation and on-boarding procedures are carried out
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in HR Management preferred
- Language Skills: Advanced English level in speaking and writing
- Strong recruitment work experience, preferably with supervisory capacity and substantial exposure in a hospitality work environment
- Strong background in targeted selection, employment testing design, business acumen, analytical thinking, manpower needs assessment, customer service orientation, information management, organizational awareness, conflict management and decision making.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and online recruiting resources preferred.
