GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: GT CHANNEL SALES - CONSUMER GOODS

 Level: Senior

 Contract term: Permanent (labor contract to be signed with the local distribution partner until the brand’s official establishment in Vietnam)

 Recruitment reason: New-hired

 Expected joining date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law

 Work location: Nha Be District, HCMC (the partner’s office)

 Work time: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:30pm), lunch break 12:00pm-1:30pm

Saturday working (full day) will be stated in labor contract and applied case by case (business trip, weekend event, upcoming deadline…)

 Allowance(s): Gasoline (included in salary) & Business trip allowance (based on actual cost)

 Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

 Benefit(s): SHUI / Mobile phone and laptop are provided

 Selection process: Two rounds (Interview with Morinaga -> Offer meeting)


JOB DUTIES

 Report to the Brand’s Japanese General Manager (male), dotted line to Japanese Sales Manager (male), both are based in Thailand and visit Vietnam once per month

 No report to the local distribution partner

 Team size: 1 GT Channel Sales (this position, staff of the Brand) and 2 MT Channel Sales (staffs of the local distribution partner)

 Job Responsibilities:

- Strengthen GT channel of the Brand’s distribution network with focus on the main assigned product line

- Increase the number of listing outlets and product visibility by frequent visit to store and wholesale network; collaborate with Thailand members on business expansion in Vietnam market

- Plan and implement strategies to approach target clients (children and their parents) via different promotion activities

- Work with marketing agencies and the local distribution partner to run approved campaigns which would be funded by the Brand

- Support and observe MT Channel Sales’ performance to conduct detailed reports on Vietnam Sales Status to be submitted to Japanese Managers based in Thailand

- Assist Japanese Managers on their monthly visit to Vietnam (fieldwork, relationship with local partners, market trend…)


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree

- Language skills: English business level

- Experienced or interested in sales and/or marketing in FMCG (F&B industry is preferable)

- Practical experience on dealing with both GT and MT channels, especially GT channel in the South market of Vietnam

 Desirable Characters:

- Gender: Any

- Age: Around 30s

- Personality: honest, self-motivated, committed, adventurous, independent

- Open mindset of entrepreneurship; able to adapt to flexible working time and environment
