GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: CS Sale Engineer - Manufacturing

 Level: Staff 

 Contract Term: Permanent

JOB DUTIES:

 Report to Vietnamese CS Manager

 Assigned to CS Department 

 Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and development service business

- Visit customer to show presentation, samples, catalogues, of our product (Rolls, Dies, Refurbishment service etc...), inform them about our advantages, pricing and availability

- Research and identify potential customers

- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers

- Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.

- Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and to provide sales support.

- Create quotations or sales contracts

- Keep records of transactions, generate sales reports and forecast

- Calculate the price based on production costs


2. Production management

- Receive the order from customer

- Determine production requirement, plan and establish work schedule, assignment and production sequences to meet goals

- Plan or estimate material, tools or equipment to meet production requirement

- Explain specifications or requirement of work order to the operator

- Direct and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the production, such as inspectors, machine setup or adjustment, and fabricators.

- Observe and monitor the operation of machine to ensure that the operator conform to processing standards

- Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.

- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.

- Check and supervise maintenance of machine

- Confer and negotiate with suppliers to find material or equipment to meet production requirement

3. After Sales Support – Maintenance

- Plan and organize plant and equipment inspection, servicing program 

- Commission new Company equipment 

- Co-ordinate with customers for the maintenance work

- Carry out trouble shooting and repairs as necessary  

- Set up a maintenance schedule 

- Review, improve, update maintenance practices to be in line with industries best practices

- Develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems that arise during start-up.

4. After Sales Support – Training and Reporting

- Provide training to customers

- Prepare written reports in full details of the service activities of the trouble process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in Machinery

- 2 years of experience in general manufacturing practices

- 2 years of experience in sales and customer service 

- Technical knowledge to understand customer and needs and machine process

- Knowledge of sales and service in process engineering operations

- Knowledge of GM and VN process

- English: Business level

- Knowledge MS Office, SAP CRM

- Good time management 

- Team management skills

- Leadership skills

- Negotiating skills & Sales skills

- Quality control Analysis
