 Position: Japanese Speaking – BSE – Technology

 Level: Leader 

 Contract Term: Permanent

 Work Time:

 Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

 Saturday: every other week / off once per month

 Allowance(s): Governed under VN law.

 Diligence: perfect attendance/per month 300000VND (about 12USD)

JOB DUTIES:

 Report to Japanese Manager 

 Manage some members

 Assigned to NEW Main PJ for software development.

 Job Responsibilities:

- Customer management: be a key contact point between customers in Japan and team members in Vietnam; handle all customers requirements; discuss and dealing with all issues raised if any.

- Key person in the company: this is the backbone role of the company. This role handles many teams and lead the company to develop in the future.

-Project management: understand project’s target and achieve with all members. ensure project timeline and follow process, reporting to customers and doing feedback to members timely.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 

- Certificate: any

- Language Skills: 

Japanese business, Advanced level (from N2 or equivalent)

English business level

- Experience in Development of software or hardware.

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: male

- Age:-25~30 years old

- Listener and accept others.

- Preferable: Candidates who have some special strengths than other people.
