 Contract Term: Permanent

JOB DUTIES

 Report to HR-GA Manager & GM

 Main Tasks:

- This role is responsible for providing administrative and function support for the General Manager & expats. Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest guest satisfaction while complying with all The Company policies. This job involves in top confidential information and request high compliance in codes of ethics & conducts.

- Maintain general filing systems for General Manager and expats, control all data, information, contact records, document & report... as requested by the General Manager and expats.

- Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation upon the request of the General Manager and expats.

- Assist General Manager and expats in travel planning, includes but not limit to air ticket, accommodation, agenda, payment report, scheduling...

- Support General Manager and expats in working with relevant departments to complete the procedures and processes includes but not limit to work permit, visa & resident permit, schooling, housing contract....

- Handle general inquiries and other administration tasks assigned 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Must:

- Gender: Female

- Age: over 30s

- Qualification: Bachelor degree. Oversea graduated is preferred.

- Bachelor degree. Oversea graduated is preferred.

- Excellent in Japanese and English.

- At least 5 years of Admin and Secretary experience to the GM... Or at the executive office of global company.

- Excellent organization skills for filing, taking notes, travel planning, processing invoice payments, meeting scheduling, etc.

- Strong capability in Microsoft Office knowledge.

- Strong ability to communicate fluently in Japanese both verbally and non-verbally.

- Excellent administration skills. Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
