GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: TBR SALES EXECUTIVE – AUTOMOTIVE

 Headcount(s): 1

 Work Time:

- Monday - Friday (8:00~17:00)

 Allowance(s): Mobile phone (from VND 550,000) / Taxi card / Business trip allowance VND 400,000 per day / Hotel fee VND 1,200,000 per night / Air ticket E class if any

 Bonus and Incentives: Annual fixed bonus 1.5 months / Annual performance bonus up to 4 months

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Vietnamese Sales Manager

 Assigned to Sales Department

 Job Responsibilities:

- Spend 75% working time on field.

- Do assigned regions’ sales target and strategy. 

- Make sales planning to achieve sales target 

- Manage, control and motivate the sales representatives following company directions in the budget planned. 

- Enforce sales management system to manage productivity, efficiency, achievement of staff and control sales budget.

- Propose sales booster programs to direct report.  

- Assist Marketing department to do branding strategy 

- Manage Distributors and typical fleets.

- Introduce potential candidate in assigned regions.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background & Experience

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

- Language Skills: English business level

- 3-4 years of working experience in sales (field sales, B2B sales) and management

- Excellent personal and computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- Others (preferable): 

+ Experience in the tire/car industry

+ Want to work in tire/car industry and has good understanding of company industry

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: Male
