 Position: SERVICE ENGINEER - AUTOMOTIVE

 Level: Executive

 Contract term: Permanent

 Work time: Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:45pm)

 Salary range: Gross 600-800 USD (negotiable based on candidate’s capability)

 Allowance(s): Transportation, meal, attendance, business trip allowance

 Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Vietnamese Service Manager (male, 40s)

 Team size: 8-10 members

 Job Responsibilities:

- Investigate and solve technical problems facing distribution network

- Handle complaints from customers and/or any major incidents

- Conduct and keep accurate records of discussions/correspondence with internal departments and customers

- Improve customer service policies and standards; lead and supervise customer service team

- Other ad-hoc tasks as per request by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related field

- Language skill(s): English business level

- Experience working with motorcycles and/or automobiles OR new graduate from exactly Mechanical Engineering/Automation (must)

 Desirable Characters:

- Gender: Male

- Age: Around 30s

- Able to go on frequent business trips around the South of Vietnam

- Good interpersonal skills to train and deal with dealers and distributors
