 Position: SALES MANAGER – CONSUMER ELECTRONICS

 Level: Manager 

 Contract Term: Permanent

 Work Time:

 Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm / 8am-5pm / 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm)

 Allowance(s): Insurance as Vietnam’s labor code & extra accident/medical insurance

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus /Annual salary review/ commission, incentive.

JOB DUTIES:

 Report to Vietnamese General Manager (more than 40 years old)

 Manage team with 03 members

 Assigned to Sales Dept

 Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Direct Sales Team’s operations to achieve or exceed sales target set to the team and to each sales staff 

- Maintain relationships with existing customers at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship and be responsible for expanding new customers 

- Develop attach plans for key Direct prospects and close Direct customer business 

- Develop and maintain Customer Database for Direct Sales Channel 

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and industry trends 

- Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats 

- Develop strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinates resources to ensure goals are met

- Ensure Sales force is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis to promote the organization’s products or services 

- Track personal and report sales statistics and report on status of pending contracts for personal and team targets 

- Develop and deploy plans to increase Direct Sales Team’s performance in coordination with the Director of Sales

- Improve Direct Sales Team on selling & close deal skill, communication skill, negotiation skill, problem solving 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: at least Bachelor in Economics or Engineering or related field 

- Working experience: At least 3-5 years in Sales Leading position, preferable in Office Automation Equipment industry  

- People management experience is a must 

- Deeply knowledge of the market, Direct Sales channel network management 

- Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach 

Good in English & computer literacy 

 Desirable Character & Skills:

- Gender: Male

- Age: Around 30 – 35 

- Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor required 

- Leadership skills, be able to influence other people 

- Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports 

- Sales oriented, result-oriented, active, self-motivated
