GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: 2D CAD building parts designer

 Level: member 4 members is needed

 Contract Term: Permanent 

 Recruitment Reason: New-hire 

 Expected joining date: March,2017

 Work Location: District 3, HCMC

 Work Time:

 Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

 Saturday: every other week / off once per month

 Allowance(s): Governed under VN law.

            Diligence: perfect attendance/per month 300000VND (about 12USD)

            Company trip

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus 

 Benefit(s): Governed under VN law/ Birthday / Special Occasions (Tet, Lunar, Moon Festival…)

 Selection Process: Three rounds (face-to-face)

1) Japanese Deputy MG and VN HR…for checking personality and intention.

2) VN CAD engineer…for checking CAD skill

3) CEO of Japanese parent company and JP DMG…for final checking personality and intention 

 Others: Possibility Training working in Japan 

After 2 month probation, after getting working visa in Japan around Aug-OCT

Fee staying in Japan will be offered from company

(Accommodation including water electricity, foods, travel allowance in JPY (payment price would be possible for staying in Japan for normal life)

JOB DUTIES:

 Report to Vietnamese or Japanese Manager

 Job Responsibilities:

- Building design for parts for using building houses, facilities. 

- Iron parts for bending wood, lumber 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree related to Architecture

- Certificate: any

- Language Skills: English conversational 

- Experience in: Operate using 2D CAD( AUTO, JW, etc )

- Others (Preferable): Interested in Japan and construction, working in Japan. 

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: any

- Age:-20-30

- Personality: (hardworking, enthusiastic, polite, interested in Japan) 

- Responsibility, kindness for helping other members who cannot speak Japanese.

- Experience building designer in construction industry, not operater.
