GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: Japanese Speaking- Interpreter - Manufacturing

 Level: staff

 Contract Term: Permanent

 Working Location: Quang Minh Industrial Zone

 Working Time: Monday-Saturday (8am-4:45pm) - off 2 Saturday per month

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES:

 Report to Manager

 Assigned to GA Department 

 Job Responsibilities:

- Accurately translate verbally at official meetings, working sessions 

- Accurately translate documents from Vietnamese into Japanese and vice versa

- Arrange the meeting, conference, teleconference; organizing, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes

- Providing secretarial and administrative support in daily operation

- Other tasks shall be assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 

- Language Skills: Japanese - business level 

- Can communicate in English is a plus

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: any

- Age: 22 – 30
