JOB DUTIES
" Report to Japanese Manager
" Main Tasks:
- Support Customers for any technical queries on Company's products via telephone
- Participate in Seminars to explain about Company's products and functions
- Provide consultation to Customers to maximize product's performance
- Provide first training to Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.
- Visit Customers onsite to guide, set up and support in need
- Provide training to new Sales staff
- Provide advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on high-end product
- Offering after-sales support services, Solving client problems
- Proofread internal documents
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Liaising with other members of the Sales team, Admin team and other Technical experts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
" Desirable Experience:
- Bachelor degree, majored in Technical, Communications; or related fields.
- 1 or 2 years experienced Technical Support, especially in Vision System, Electronic Control system. However, new graduated candidates with good background of Technical are also ok to apply.
- Excellent commands of English
- Candidate who are from similar manufacturers or same industry (manufacturing engineers who can be our customers etc) are preferable.
- Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet;

- Age: Under 28
- Love to learn technical things and love to help sales as well as customers.
- Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to complete the project work independently under limited guidance and overtime to meet deadlines;

- Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
