JOB DUTIES

Report to Korean Director

Assigned to Sales Dept. This Dept have around 50 staffs

Main Tasks:

Purpose of the role: Finding and developing big customers to achieve business revenue target. 

Main duties & responsibility: 

-Developing and maintaining strong business relationship with existing and new customers in Asia, Europe and US,… 

-Controlling and leading sales and merchandise teams, forecasting trends, developing garment products, controlling production plan and exporting garment product to overseas market such as Asia, Europe, US, etc… 

-Recruiting , training, organizing, coaching, managing the team to fulfill the company’s sales target 

-Monitoring company’s project and strategy to be done successfully to improve company’s efficiency and competition. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: Any

-Working experience: At least 10 working experience years as a Sales Manager in garment field 

-Education/Certificate : Bachelor's degree in business or other related field required; 

-Good knowledge of knitwear preferred 

-Expert in oversea markets, especially US market; Strong network relationship to all vendors, suppliers and buyers working 

-Good command of English ( fluent in speaking and writing) 

-Able to deal with the overseas buyers independently 

-Excellent communication/negotiation skills, leadership 

-Able to work under high pressure 

-Willing to go overseas business
