Salary Range: Gross 10,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND per month

Bonus and Incentives: Annual fixed bonus 1.5 months / Annual performance bonus up to 4 months

JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Department Manager
Assigned to Admin & Accounting Department, HR-Admin Team
Main Tasks:
1)Receptionist role:
-Answer phone, welcome guest, prepare drinking water, and take note of complaints from customers.
-Manage mail in – mail out: receive mail in and send to staffs, contact vendors to send mail out.
2)General Administration role:
-Office facilities: control, follow up schedule and make payment for
+ Stationery, name card, staff card, envelope
+ Pantry, drinking water, Xmas tree decoration: order and follow up schedule
+ Control mobile, Internet and electricity fee, make mobile list
+ Office maintenance and renovation (if any)
+ Rental apartment, office, cleaner: contract & payment
-Manage Office 3S
-Bookings for company: follow up schedule, control expenses and make payment for
+ Booking air ticket and hotel for staffs
+ Booking and managing company and rental car
+ Booking restaurant and hall according to company schedule
+ Manage meeting room schedule: check, approve and follow up MTG rooms
+ Parking slot registration and cancellation for newcomers and resigned staffs respectively
+ Taxi card registration and cancellation for newcomers and resigned staffs respectively
-Office documents: manage and follow up
+ Visa, passport, work permit, notarization for legal documents, update changes of IC with Tax Dept.
+ Manage stamp, follow up contract and legal documents
-Proposal, claim expenses and other admin jobs for GD and GM
-Monthly payment of Administration: control expenses and make payment on system
-Other assigned by head and supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Female
-Age: Born 1992-1988 preferred
-Qualification(s): Bachelor’s degree
-Language(s): English business level (especially listening and speaking)
-1-2 years of working experience in general administration
-Good looking
-Good time management, problem solving and Excel skills
-Able to prioritize and multi-task
-Able to succeed in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment
-Personality: clever, smart, careful, willing to do attitude
