Work Time: Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Salary Range: Gross 18,000,000 – 23,000,000 VND 

Allowance(s): Overtime: based on Vietnamese law / Transportation/ Lunch

Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review quarterly (CSIP: Customer Service Incentive Program)

Benefit(s): Annual Leave 14 days per year / Insurance (24/7)/ Company trip once a year.

JOB DUTIES

Report to Vietnamese Manager / Supervisor

Assigned to Sales Dept

Main Tasks:

-Implement Sales strategy and approach defined by company.

-Achieve sales set by the company.

-Achieve the product mix target set by sales manager

-Maintain existing customers and develop new business via new product development, business migration follow up and local service representative.

-Follow up and track the nomination and realize the sales achievement.

-Provide customer satisfaction by handling well routine work, servicing requirement and problem solving. 

-Prepare and meet deadline of weekly call planning; sales reports and other task assigned.

-Maintain close working relationship with colleagues to ensure team strengths are further developed.

-Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage.

-Build and implement “Business Development Plan” for individual account in-charge territory (half yearly).

-Assist Sales Manager to carry out additional assignments/plans for team’s effective operation.

-OTHER DUTIES: Any assignments other than above descriptions related to selling activities assigned by Sales Manager.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: From 26

-University graduate.

-Experience in B2B sales around 4 - 5 years

-Proven ability to work independently in customer management.

-Bright Intelligent/ Personality/ Willingness to learn/ Team Player / Motivated person.

-Interpersonal skills.

-Ability to communicate fluently in English

-Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

-Strong communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.

-Ability to travel.
