JOB DUTIES
Report directly to Japanese General Director
Work with 4 other Interior Designers
Main Tasks:
-Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
-Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
-Research and sketch preliminary design plans
-Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
-Prepare final plans, using computer applications
-Create a timeline for interior design project and estimate project costs
-Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
-Visit after the project is done to ensure that client is satisfied
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Designer or similar is preferred
-Language Skills:English business level
-Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
-Proficient in AutoCAD 3D, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
-Creativity, imagination and eye for design
